Our Process

Our Process
  • Consultation on Zoom or in your home to discuss your family's specific needs.
  • Guidance with recommendations and representation at meetings.
  • Advocacy and assistance through getting your needs and interests heard.
  • Support throughout the process until your child's needs are met.
  • Consultation Fee $100.

  • In-Home or Zoom Consultations.
  • Early Start Services Case Review.
  • Attend Individual Family Service Plan Meetings.
  • Individual Education Plan Development.
  • Attend Individual Education Plan meeting.
  • Assistance with Mediations; Resolution Hearings.
  • Assistance with Special Education.
  • Compliance Complaints.
  • 504 Plan Review and Development of Accommodations.
  • Discipline Issues including Expulsion Hearings, Suspensions, etc.
  • Help to get Regional Center Eligibility and Services.
  • Individual Program Plan Development.
  • Assistance with Regional Center Mediations.
  • Informal Hearings and Fair Hearings.
  • Speaker for Support Groups on Issues Specific to Special Needs Children and Adults.
  • Experience with Learning, Developmental, and Mental Health Disabilities.
  • Case Review by a Special Education Attorney as appropriate.
